We know that letting someone else take care of your pet can be difficult. To make the process a little easier, we have put together some of the questions wr are frequently asked. If there’s something we have missed, just reach out and we will do our best to help.
MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?
Of course we will! We are always prepared to take your beloved pet to the vet, whether it is for an annual check up or in case of an emergency.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
We have 7 years of experience with rare and exotic pets owned in the Eastern Cape Province. We have taken great care of snakes, spiders, bearded dragons, leopard geckos, rabbits, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, horses, exotic birds, exotic fish in both saltwater as well as fresh water tanks, to name but a few.
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
Your sitter is trained to safely walk two dogs at a time per walk, but if you have more than 2 dogs, your sitter will either make multiple trips with each of them, or another sitter will accompany them on the walk to walk everyone simultaneously depending on the pets needs and how they interact with each other on walks. In this respect a "test walk" will be done prior to the start of any dog walking bookings to ensure the best plan is in action and the best route is chosen.
